WHY BIS?
According to Turkish Language Association (TDK) BIS means;
According to the Turkish Language Association (TDK), repeating something that is liked or appreciated for a second time is expressed as "BIS." For us, the term "second time" signifies that education begins primarily within the family, with the school playing a secondary role in continuing that education.
